Not satisfied with your purchase? - It is possible to request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after delivery. For this, the product needs to be in perfect condition, without signs of use and with its packaging, just like it arrived at your home!

 

You can request a voucher with the same amount paid (which must be used within 30 days after its issue) or have the amount refunded via bank deposit. The delivery fee is not refunded.
